  2. Orders & Payments
    All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices listed are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders may be canceled or held for verification in case of suspicious or incomplete information.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
    We offer delivery across India through reliable courier partners.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the location.

Tracking details are provided via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.

Returns are only applicable in cases of wrong or damaged products.

Return shipping must be handled by the customer.

Products once used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

  1. Warranty
    Jewellery products do not carry any warranty unless explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Physical damage, color fading due to usage, water exposure, perfume/chemical contact, or regular wear and tear are not covered under return, exchange, or warranty.
